help急死人！opt 要到期，h1-b 正在辦，律師要回國

我的opt 八月初到期。正和一位律師合作同公司辦h1-b.律師很不錯，有經驗，也負責。

因為我有GAP不能工作，公司正在想辦法。一些操作的細節可能下個星期MANAGMENT 才能決定。可是我請的律師馬上就要回國了，且為時半個月。他說，OPT 後的寬限期辦也沒問題。讓我能到他回來。

我真的好怕呀。因為我是去年五月中畢業，八月初拿到opt的
ead 卡。對於申請h1-b 的最後時間，網上和行家律師也眾說紛紜。我這個case 怎麽辦呀！！！！！
