My old H-1B has Cap on that year, so I know I won't need to get a new quota. However, all companies I interviewed before all wish me to start immediately. But due to my current H-4 status and also no EAD, it's too hard to find a company that can support me for H-1 sponsorship and they cannot wait for one month for my H-1 approved.
Anyway, thanks for sharing your experience.
