my PD is Feb 2004 which is current for EB2 June ,but today
I called USCIS twice and both IO said my PD was Sep 2007 ,which I know
is my I140/I485 notice date(my receipt date is July 2007 ).

I really don't know who I should trust, is it possible that incorrect information stored in USCIS system
- Not impossible
You need to have sort of confirmation that USCIS has an incorrect PD in your file so you could request a correction. An infopass maybe helpful.
