thanks Pjing for your advice !

I already talked to my attonery ,they said they reviewed my
file and PD is Feb 2004 on my I140(this is my correct PD),
but however , that annoying answer from IO is the only thing I have ,I have no way to confirm whether incorrect PD is stored in USCIS system.

I really want to go INFOPASS as you suggested ,but problem is I have no document to confirm USCIS if their system info is wrong , because my company don't give my copy of LC&I140.

What I can do? Push my attonery to verify PD with USCIS?
