Urgent! EB2 perm question

我先生正在計劃辦綠卡, 有幾個問題想請教一下

1. 他申請H-1B 的時候,job deion 上寫的是bachelor degree. 我先生有北美master degree. 請問我們可不可以申請EB2-PERM? 廣告上可不可以改成MASTER DEGREE NEEDED? 移民局會不會察看他申請H-1b 的申請材料？

2. 他進公司後拿到PH.D.degree. 如果公司願意SPONSOR EB1B, 我們可以申請嗎？

3。 沒有工作，h-4 pending， 申請H4 時是H-1B, 可不可以上學？
