首先我也不在舊金山，當時辦旅行證是開車過去的。
我問過舊金山領事館的辦事人員，他們說許多拿到綠卡的父母為了省錢和弄到長有效期，拿到綠卡都不告訴使館，所以使館人員對這些事情比較頭疼。
