I485數次被forward to supervisor卻不見動靜，究竟怎麽回事？

我們是EB1a 05年1月初送的485，主申請人和孩子一年前拿到了綠卡，我的因name check pending一直在等。大約一個月前收到TSC對我的inquiry的答複，說我的卡已經寄出了，結果一番折騰後發現他們搞錯了。三周前議員辦公室轉來TSC的回複說我在等visa number，結果當然是又搞錯了。兩周前我打電話給TSC，一個lady聽了我的陳述，看了我的case，說她可以put a note on my case, 寫上主申請人和孩子已經批了，把我的case forward to supervisor。上周三，那位把我case搞錯送出錯誤信息的lady給我來了電話（在我給TSC director寫了信以後），向我道歉並告訴我她現在就把我的case forward to supervisor，我問她"Has any action been taken to my case recently?"，回答是"No"。今天我又給TSC打電話，一位lady仍然是說她會把我的case forward to supervisor for further review，我問了同樣的問題"Has any action been taken to my case recently?"，回答仍然是"No"。我實在搞不懂了，像這種forward（by email）究竟有沒有作用？為什麽forward了這麽幾次一點跡象都看不到？怎樣才能跟蹤到下一步的動作？像我這種情況大概還要等多久？我還能做些什麽呢？墾請各位有經驗者給予幫助。謝謝！
