I called USCIS today. A nice young girl answered the phone and read the information I can find from USCIS account. After I told her I knew that and my I485 EB2 has been pending for about 2 years and priority date is curret she transfered me to another level of their service. An old ***** picked up the phone in 30 minutes and repeated the same information. Then I told her I needed more explanation than that. she said they are actively processing my case but need more reviews which is the same as a letter they sent me 4 month ago. I said name check pending should not gate my case based on USCIS memo. The ***** didn't wait until I finished and said the review is not necessay name check and blablabla. When I asked what other reviews they need. She just said: "waht else can I help you today?". I said: "I don't think you can". What a ing arrogant bureaucrat! Anyone has similar experience with them?
