小白兔，皮匠，還有H-1B transfer的問題 - 非常痛苦中

按照現在的行情，H-1B transfer的RFE通常都要求些什麽？

從受名額限製的H-1B transfer到另一個受名額限製的H-1B，其不被批準的可能性有多大？

如果H-1B transfer 過程很冗長，會有可能現在的雇主發現我在H-1B transfer嗎？如果transfer不被批準的話，我還能在現公司呆下去嗎？（有沒有其他問題？）

目前我的H-1B和我家人的H4都有足夠長的時間。有人說在我換工作期間我家人出國可以用目前的notice簽證 – 什麽是notice簽證？可行嗎？
