Is there any way I can get my I-94 here? I mean if I can file some documents to correct my old petation or if I can apply for a new company(another new company) without going to this company(I-797B)?

--I think you may correct this fault (your error) by contacting CIS. Write to the office that approved your I-129, attaching all your documents. Try to get some lucks.
--You can apply for another employer. No problem.

If I did not go this company, is there any effects with my new application?
--No adverse effect. One may hold a few H1b work permits.

By the way, I get approved on 2/12/2008. Is it too long for me to correct the old documents if I can file some to correct it?
--Don't think so. CIS is very sloppy. You may have to wait for quite some months.
