Just called TSC, talked with a nice lady

The nice lady told me that TSC will process all these cases stucked by name check by April 30th 2008. My prority date is Sep 2006, and she said she will take care of my case by talking with somebody, that means TSC is already dealing cases in late 2006.

So now we will see what is the move direction of "visa buleetin" and "processing date". If these two moves forward, that means things are fine. If they retreat a lot, that means USCIS is going to paly another game with you.

Since the US economy is in recession right now and will be in recession for at least one year more. The green cards and H1-B visas should be a little bit easier to get tha before. This might also be the reason why USCIS made this NC memo, since the US goverment do not want people be dispointed too much and leave US without hesitation and with hatred in a recession time. They do not want to worsen their ecnomy by tightening condition of green card application and H1-B application, do they?

China is very good already, India is developing very fast, Eroupe is comfotable to make a living, so many good palce to work and make a living, so let's just treat US green card as a card, with or without it should not affect you too much.

Let's wait and see.
