I just filed one EB2 I485 in June 2006 using the priority date carried over rule ( I have 2 approved I140).
The EB2 I485 was returned once in May 2006, then my attorney re-sent the application with an explaination letter (PD carried over explanation) in June 2006. The TSc accepted my case the second time. I have thought TSC had put the earlier PD into its database (that time in June 2006, none of them was current without PD carried-over). Unfortunately, it seems it is not the case.
