and what is the scale of your employer? if you don't mind telling me ( We are a small company, as I said, only about 23 employee. the president is the sole shareholder, so we don't have to have the F/S audited and make annual report to the shareholders.)

If I need to hire a CPA firm to have the financial statements (for 3 years) audited in such a short time frame (as you know, starting from now i only have about 3 weeks to do so), the cost is enormous, and I don't think my boss is going to pay for it and he is not going to be happy about the audit itself either.
