幫朋友問問，I-130批了14個月沒有進展了，應該怎麽辦？

在美國調整身份成功，然後幫她在廣東的老公和小孩辦理和批準了I-130

目前網站上查到的狀態是：

是否意味著移交到了廣州領事館，請問如何了解進展？
