Really congrats!! and have two questions for you: 1. where is the officer who interviewed? my case is pending at TSC and I never had any interview. so where should i mail this kind of letter? 2. what does "local office" mean? in my case, where is the local office i should fax? and do you know the #? a million thanks for sharing and helping.
