My case is pending in local office.

For your case, you need fax to TSC. Pjiang has the sample fax, you can try it. He also has the fax number of TSC. Go to his blog, you can find it.

My case is different, my case is family base, so no PD is needed, and we already been interviewed by the officer, everything is ok, expect NC checking. So we just need contact the local officer who interview us.
