想寫信給移民局請求reopen I－485，請教移民局的地址

去年4月concurrently filed I-140 and I-485. 去年12月I－140被拒，然後Motion to reopen，今年1月被批準。但是我的485沒有被reopen。今天上午infopass，被告知，485不是自動reopen，要我寫信給移民局請求他們給辦。我也忘了問這信寫到哪裏，在移民局網站上查，NSC的地址有好多個PO BOX, 看了半天，就這個沾邊

可我又不是遞485申請。要是用這個

又說要delay, 請問應該把信寫到哪裏？非常感謝！！！！
