我的領域是 environmental sciences, 10 篇journal papers (3 1st authors) 和一堆 conference papers, 當時沒有交 citation list. 六篇推薦信都是來自認識的人。
我的問題是：
1）我現在的文章被引用次數也不是太多，而且有的還是我們組的，現在遞交上去，回不會構成被據的原因
2）如何說明我比同等條件的人更有資格？要多少推薦信才夠？現在主要是要說明什麽？是不是來自政府的比學校的管用？
