my question: my passport will expire at Jan 2009 , but now I need apply H1b , my boss give me 3 year term H1b agreement. as my passport only 1 year left, so USCIS only approved my H1B up to passport expiration date ??

right?? if like this , I need get a new passport can cover H1b visa 3 years.
