Urgent::: Pjiang, radiology and other expert: : H1b application

我的護照是2009年1月5號過期， 現在在一所非盈利機構做博士後， 上周報H1b申請材料到秘書， 我剛才看radiology貼子，說盡管我申請是3年的， 移民局也隻批到我的護照的過期日。是這樣的嗎？ 如果是這樣的， 我叫lawyer 收回我的申請， 等待我的護照extension date another 5 years.
