On Part2 of I-824 Form:

Reason for Request,
I chose C:"USCIS to notify a U.S. Consulate that my status has been adjusted to permanent resident. Please notify the U.S. Consulate at: GuangZhou US Consulate".

XiaoBaiTu, Does it mean the USCIS will contact the consulate directly? thanks
