Who May File Form I-131?
1. Reentry Permit.C. A reentry permit may not be issued to you if:
1. You have already been issued such a document and it is still valid, unless the prior document has beenreturned to USCIS, or you can demonstrate that itwas lost;

1.Does it mean I have to wait until my previous employment based AP expires then apply this marriage based AP?
2.If I did not file EAD/AP with marriage based I-485 together, but later I can provide the marriage based I-485 notice, then I can still apply for AP without any fees at later time,right?
