I have the similar question to ask. My wife and I are both H-1B now. She used to be H-4. I am the primary 485 applicant. Can she renew her H-1b beyond 6 yrs? In the above CIS memorandum, H-4 can be renewed beyond 6 yrs if all requirements are met. Does this apply to H-1B? Thank you for your and other DAXIA's comments.
