No, the last I-94 is the valid one.
Two solutions:
(1)To correct it on CBD;
(2)To go outside/reentry US, you will get a new I-94;
I know someone in the same situation as yours. But the worse part for him was that he was H1 and I-94 expired for a couple months. The firm lawyer suggested to take the second way. They do not want to tell the VO that he has been out of status for a while. He had a one day trip to Vancouver and got a new I-94.
I also remember that someone in this site said that they have corrected the I-94 at SFO airport.
good luck
