關於 H1B問題:

1. 我現在得到一個OFFER, 公司在幫我辦h1b transfer。
2. 在此transfer過程中, 公司說這個工作每年要去Mexico和Canada出差多次。 公司的律師說對於H1B Holder每年隻有兩次入境機會。我向公司要書麵的文件, 他們還未給我。 他們隻是堅持by word。
3. 是否真有這樣的規定?
4. 現在他們要撤回他們的 offer,
5. 在offer中, 隻是提到: 隻有transfer成功, 我才能為他們工作。
6. 該如何辦?
