請賜教，不勝感謝

本人是7月485Filer，是EB類的主申請人，老公是南美州人，因為老公文件沒有來得及準備，七月大潮是沒有作為dependent和我一起file, 有兩個問題想請教大家：
１。 雖然嫁老外，可是排期還是受大陸出生的限製，是麽？還是可以隨老公的國家而變成不受排期限製？
２。萬一以上的幻想真的可以成立，我現在該怎麽辦？讓老公立刻遞交485？
