1) 還有排期，不過按 Visa Inter-chargeability 的規則，你的I-485 案子可以按你先生的出生國排隊。
2) 如果按你的EB 類別和你先生的出生國排期算，還有名額，他就馬上可以遞 I-485。

讓你律師給寫個 Cover Letter ，說明一下。
