各位達人請指教， 實在不願和LD生死兩茫茫

情況在前兩天的帖子裏已經提過了，簡單的講就是我的H4身份因LD公司的疏忽並沒有幫轉，我的F2身份實際已經在8月31日丟失，從9月1號至今我都是out of status這兩天才意識到這個問題，請原諒我們的無知。

打了N多電話谘詢的結果是有兩條路可走：
1.立即離境，再重新簽H4過來。被拒的可能性也會有，當然也可能被check。至於check以後的後果誰都不知道

2.在美國國內遞交I-539，通過移民局慢慢境內調整身份，但因為過程漫長，如果3個月後的結果是被否決，那我的下場會很慘。（不太清楚，那麽就沒有status會不會被驅逐）

昨天一天都在忙訂機票的事，到了晚上開始打美國駐上海大使館的簽證預約電話，很不幸的得知簽證預約已經排到了1月25日。我們不想等那麽久，所以想到了去加拿大簽。

請大牛分析去加拿大簽的可行性和風險性好嗎？
