絕望中的驚喜！

在最後一刻終於綠了 － card production order on 11/30/2007

NIW 140 priority date: 9/28/2005
140+485 RD: 9/27/2005

NC started: 10/6/2005
NC cleared: 10/16/2007
485 AD: 11/30/2007

在NC期間給FL寫過兩次信，還一直和senator和congressman在聯係，不知道起沒起過作用。在11月初得知NC clear後給TSC打過幾次電話，每次都能和VO說上話，可他們的回答都一樣：NC clear, case still pending, waiting to be assigned for reivew...最後一次是11/21, 那個VO比較nice, 說我的case該處理了，她說她會給她的supervisor講的。這個星期，每天查看網上status好幾遍，都沒動靜，我都快絕望了！已經把EAD renew都準備好了，準備明天寄出，晚上回家收到approval email，差點浪費了renew EAD的錢了。這下可以放棄重新file EB1B了。
