請問你怎樣才能 talk to VO ?

I called USCIS using Piang's method and was transfered to NSC. However, the lady who talked to me is not VO. She told me that she only can see the case location and my case is with an officer. She also talk me that my backgroud check is cleared. I called twice and got the same info. I think my cases is at least with VO for more than 2 weeks. Not sure why it is still pending. Saw so many people green here, when is my turn ?

How can you talk to VO directly?
