I am H1 visa holder and working as a biomedical research specialist at university. I changed my visa from J to H in the beginning of this year for three year valid period. I have been here for 3 years.

I heard such kinds of case before. Generally, VO does not deny the application but just suspends it and let parents go back. I do not know if others have the same situation.

I want to know if both of us should go back. I also wander who is the better choice for visa application, H1 visa holder or H4 visa holder.
