關於name check， 非常困惑

我們的情況是這樣的，我是主申請人，已經拿到綠卡。我老公還沒有，去年6月份麵試時被告知NC還在pending。今年我的綠卡批準時（7/23/07)，說他的background check pending。然後我們給senator寫信，結果收到一封回信，說FBI說他的NC2005年8月11號就完成了。我們的PD是2005年8月2號。現在的問題是：

1. NC會這麽快就完成嗎？
2. 如果會，移民局怎麽不知道？我們的case在local office,和這有關嗎？
3. 還是FBI/senator搞錯了？
4. 現在該怎麽辦？他現在人在中國。

請各位老師幫忙看一下，不勝感激。
