2，建議向議員辦公室索取FBI回信的copy,確認無誤後用infopass約appointment,如果IO還是說NC沒有完成，就出示此信，這樣通常很快就可解決。另外如果被轉local麵談的，一般還有其它疑問，先確定該疑問已經解決

3，他本人必須回來，親自去local CIS
