老公失業，TN作廢，太太和孩子的TD也做廢，應在多長期間找到工作保持合法？如果一個月後才找到，申請新的TN/TD 時候，是否會影響以後的綠卡申請？如果要出境，再陸路以旅行身份進來，孩子上學，旅行身份上學是否不合法了？是否影響以後綠卡？是否可以申請F1？總之如何操作才能保持合法？萬分謝謝！
