請教各位老師關於TN簽證遞交485後的Status

我現在持TN簽證,剛剛收到485的Receipt. 律師正在為我renew TN簽證. 是不是TN簽下來的可能性很低? 如果TN 簽不成, 我是不是隻能使用EAD 啦? (而且EAD 也還沒收到. 因為同時交的140 和 485, 不知何時可以收到)

如果用了EAD 以後, 我明年還可以申請 H1b 麽?

而且如果用了EAD以後, 還能為父母申請探親簽證了麽?


非常困惑, 企盼有相同經曆或是壇子裏各位資深的老師們能夠好心賜教. 不勝感激.
