Details:
1. H1B will expire on Feb.25, 2008(end of 6th year).
2. I-140(EB1A) was filed on April 13, 2007, and is still pending. 485 and AP were filed in August.
3. I missed the deadline(Feb. 25, 2007) to file 7th year H1B extension.
Question:
I would like to continue my current job after Feb. 25, 2008. What options do I have?
Some people mentioned the possibility of switching to EAD. But I am really not sure about that. Could anyone explain?
