I forwarded the "Card production ordered" notice to them, they have them on file, but still said need actual card. Now I need to convince them by any INS offical answer which states 10/10 is my EAD effective date. It means I need evidence or documents/artical from INS saying I can start to work now legally.

Any idea? Thanks a lot!
