緊急!!EAD 問題

我收到EAD的"Card Production ordered"的郵件在10月10號， 我現在需要立即使用， 可公司說我的phsical card 沒有收到， 所以不給簽offer letter。 我告訴他們這個郵件就是說EAD 生效了， 有效期就是10月10號。 可他們仍然要求有INS 書麵或官方網站的說明。
請問大家，我的這種情況，EAD 是不是從10月10號開始? 而且，有誰知道INS關於EAD 有效開始期的說明?隻要是官方網站上的說明就行。
