Using AP leads to losing H1-B

status? This is a question form my friends. They already got I140, AP and EAD approved, waiting for I485 approval and also holding H1-B. They plan to go back China end of this year. It is said that if they use AP to come back, they will lose their H1-B visa. Is this true?
