Yesterday I asked a few questions about reentry from China. My hu*****and and I have got 485 receipts, but no AP yet. Xiaobaitu told me we need to reapply H1/H4 visa in China. (Thank you, xiaobaitu). But today I got lawyer's response, and she said as long as we have valid visas issued pursuant to original company, then we don't need to reapply for visas in China. So I got confused. Can anyone help me figure it out? This issue is very important, coz we don't wanna get blocked at the airport. Thanks in advance.
Confusion about re-entry. Please clarify.
