Being in AOS, you don't need to worry about one year expiration of I-94 based on AP, which genesis is in that USCIS thought the adjustment would be completed within 1 yr.

---是由空嫂收嗎?是否要逼她收?

Normally it is taken when checking in at the counter in terminal
