苦等綠卡若幹年仍然不見光明的滋味多少人有啊？？！！

我們一家三人的綠卡已經等待了三年半，可是由於我的name check還沒有完成，我們仍然還在苦海中飄搖。2006年以前這種情況可以通過WOM來解決，可惜2006年由於排期的問題，我又錯過了WOM的機會。今年3月我file了WOM到當地的聯邦法庭，但是我前麵的三例WOM案子（等待1-4年）都被這個法庭的法官給Dismiss了，我的案子到今天雖然還沒有結論，看來也是凶多吉少了。現在實在想不到還有什麽辦法可以加速這該死的Name Check了。找First Lady的辦公室，也不一定會有什莫效果。本人懇請本壇的高人指點明經。多謝了！！！
