急請問因費用錯誤而導致的退件問題 - 被律師氣死

8月12號 EB2 的140/485/AP/EAD （我和太太 兩人一起的， 太太的沒140表） 一起寄往TSC. 寄之前用EMAIL兩次問律師是否140費用漲了， 都沒理。 我們就認為她知道費用的事。

結果剛才收到律師賬單（內無如何說明及信）， 要140的新增費用部分及9月11號用FEDEX寄件的費用 （$45.98）。 聯係不上律師。 估計是材料被退了回來， 9月11 號又重新寄出。 如果是這樣的情況， 請問是隻退140一樣， 還是140， 485， AP,EAD 一起退回？ 有什麽樣影響？
