call again earlier of the day, you have to wait long if you call late afternoon. If you meet a nice person, he/she will file a service request. I also called the congressman in my district for help.
For 7.2. filer without updates, the pattern seems:
I-140 from TSC and were delivered in the morning, especially signed Michels and Barret.
