Fingerprint fee rejected

PJiang, XBT or other experts, I am a July 3 filer, check not cashed, no receipts yet, days ago, I called NSC got my 485 case number (18003755283, 1-2-2-6-1-140 case number-1-3-4), and checked online status, info is "Fingerprint fee rejected, notice sent, case in suspense", they must made mistake, because I checked my copies, I submitted correct fees ($325 and 70). I did not get the mailed notice yet, did anybodu else get same situation?
