How to get 485 case # if 140 receipts received

July 3 file, no cashing/no receipt yet. got my 485 case number (18003755283, 1-2-2-6-1-140 case number-1-3-4), then talk to an agent, she will tell you the 485 case # if its in the system. my 140 was approved early this year.
