請問小白兔等

notice to intent to deny六月中發出,至今沒收到.打電話到移民中心,說從來沒有RFE or NOID發出.現在還是under review, and raised a SR. 隻有第一次打電話的時候,一個說話速度極快的小姑娘說,發出了,沒有收到我的回複,也requested a SR.至今沒任何消息.
網上的status還是received and pending,唯一的LUD是08/22/2007,沒有任何內容變化.也從來沒有LUD或email說有什麽RFE/NOID.

請問各位老師,現在我怎麽辦啊?如果3個月沒有收到NOID,那肯定是denied.但沒有任何的notice.
以我的這種情況,可以file Motion to reopen嗎?謝謝!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
