u r AOS, wait for EAD to get a new job in the same field

if INS fail to adjust your status within 180 days, you will be fine. but if INS RFE u within 180 days, u maybe in trouble. if INS RFE u after 180 days, u can just let them know that u changed job in the same field.
Best thing that can happen is you got no RFE, heading strait to the GC
