H1b extension 被據， 小白兔，Pjiang請幫忙！！！！！！！！

原因是忘了交ETA9035(被REF後補交， 不過為時過晚)。

現在notice已經送到，拒了我的申請，但是可以30天內appeal, 表格是I290B.

請問：

1.我應該直接再申請一次h1b還是該用I290B? 我能再申請h1b嗎？
2.I290B上麵有appeal和motion兩個選項， 請問兩者區別是什麽？哪種更好？
3.Motion下麵有reopen和reconsider兩種， 請問哪個更好？
4.由於我是485pending, h1b extension已經fail, 現在我是不是已經是AOS狀態了？ 那麽這樣是不是隻能用EAD， 即使重新申請到h1b也沒有用？


如果不能工作， 等待期間我應該選擇帶薪休假還是停薪休假？
