Ask Xiaobaitu and others

I am talking with a staffing company about changine the job. The company asks me to be hired by them and then send me to take that position at another company. They said that they can transfer my H1B visa. But I don't know if this is true. I also concerns if they can sponsor me to get the GC through PERM.

I appreciate if you can help.
